- Easily absorbable minerals: bisglycinates (chelates), fumarates and citrates.
- Vitamins in active forms: vitamin B6, vitamin B9 (Metafolin®) and vitamin B12.
- Lactose, soy and gluten free
Use: 1-2 capsules daily or as recommended.
