How to use the Bariatric Advantage® BlenderBottle?
- Prepare your Bariatric Advantage® NutriTotal shake
- Bariatric Advantage® NutriTotal dissolves best in low-fat milk or water. Add one portion of NutriTotal (3 scoops) to the shaker with 300ml low-fat milk or water.
- Insert the BlenderBall and seal the bottle.
- Shake for 15-20 seconds.
- Ready.
- Prepare your Bariatric Advantage® Whey protein shake
- Add one portion of Whey (2 scoops) to the shaker with 200ml low-fat milk/water/juice/smoothie.
