Banana kiwi smoothie
Ingredients (1 glass)
- ½ banana
- ½ kiwi
- 100 ml skimmed milk or yoghurt
- 1 serving Bariatric Advantage® multi powder
Directions
- Pour the milk or yoghurt into the jar of a blender and add the banana and kiwi
- Blend together until a smooth and fruity consistency is obtained.

- Add 1 serving Bariatric Advantage® multi powder and blend shortly
*Bariatric Advantage® multi powder contains beta-carotene. If Bariatric Advantage® multi powder is mixed into the meal, it will become orange. However, this does not affect the quality of the nutrients.
