Green pea soup with ham

Ingredients (4 persons)

127 kcal - 10 g protein per portion

  • 400g green peas (frozen)
  • 100g ham strips (smoked or not)
  • 4 Dutch rusks
  • 1l to 1,2l stock
  • Salt - pepper


  • Cook the green peas until smooth in the stock (about 6 to 8 minutes)
  • Add the Dutch rusks and the ham strips
  • Mix the whole until very thin
  • Season to taste and adapt the texture if needed (add some stock if the soup is too thick or add Dutch rusks if the soup is too fluid)
  • Mix 1 serving of Bariatric Advantage multi powder through the soup, immediately before serving*
