Banana kiwi smoothie

Ingredients (1 glass)

  • ½ banana
  • ½ kiwi
  • 100 ml skimmed milk or yoghurt
  • 1 serving Bariatric Advantage® multi powder

Directions

  • Pour the milk or yoghurt into the jar of a blender and add the banana and kiwi
  • Blend together until a smooth and fruity consistency is obtained.

  • Add 1 serving Bariatric Advantage® multi powder and blend shortly

*Bariatric Advantage® multi powder contains beta-carotene. If Bariatric Advantage® multi powder is mixed into the meal, it will become orange. However, this does not affect the quality of the nutrients.
