When you take out a subscription, you don’t need to order the same product over and over again. Your order is prepared automatically.
You can choose between shipments every three months or every six months. When you take out a subscription you need to enter your payment details (PayPal or credit card). In doing so, you consent to Bariatric Advantage® debiting an amount from your account on a recurring basis ahead of preparing your periodic order. You will always be notified by email about an upcoming debit. You will receive an order confirmation email once this payment has been cleared.
Subscriptions run until they are cancelled. We do recommend checking the terms and conditions of cancellation.
When you take out a subscription you get 20% off and free shipping. You save time because you don’t need to go through the whole order process every time. And you never have to do without because your order is fulfilled automatically.
You cannot change a subscription yourself. You should contact our customer services. You can call us on 00800 5955 5955 or email us at email@example.com.
Subscriptions do not have a set expiry date. You can only cancel a subscription after your second shipment and no later than five working days before the next scheduled order. You must complete the cancellation form. This does not affect your legal rights.
- Log in with your email address and password.
- Click ‘My account’,
- then ‘Address book’.
- Now, depending on what you want to do click ‘Change billing address’ or ‘Change delivery address’. When you’re done (be sure to complete all mandatory fields), click ‘Save address’.
- Now click ‘My subscriptions’,
- then ‘View’ and select the subscription you want to update.
- At the bottom of the next page, click ‘Change’ and update your delivery or billing address. When you’re done (be sure to complete all mandatory fields), click ‘Save address’.
- If you need to change the address for other subscriptions, repeat the process from step 5.

When your shipment is handed over to the shipping partner you will receive an email from that partner with a tracking code and a link to a webpage where you can track your shipment.
We would ask you to take a photo of the damaged package in which the shipping label is clearly legible. You should also take a photo of the damaged Bariatric Advantage®. Email the two photos to our customer services (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will get back to you as quickly as possible.
When entering delivery addresses, you first need to select the right country from the ‘Ship to’ dropdown list at the top of the page on the right.
For example: you can only enter an address in Belgium after you have selected ‘Belgium’ in the ‘Ship to’ dropdown list.
This means that we are unable to deliver the product in question from stock. Rest assured we are doing everything we can to replenish the stock as quickly as possible.
You receive a discount code from Bariatric Advantage®, a hospital, a patients association or elsewhere. This can be redeemed when purchasing a given product. You may also receive a discount code in connection with campaigns featured in our newsletter or on our website.

You can pay for your Bariatric Advantage® order online or by bank transfer.
If you select online banking you will be redirected to Bariatric Advantage®’s secure website. Your encrypted payment data are protected by a secure SSL connection and stored on encrypted servers. No payment details are ever stored in the back office of our website. This ensures that you can pay online with peace of mind.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is in order. You can check the status of your order in your account.
It is within your rights to return single orders within 14 days without stating a reason.
To use your right of return, you must notify Bariatric Advantage® of your decision to cancel your purchase by post, phone (00800 5955 5955) or email (email@example.com). You can also complete the model withdrawal form below.
To avoid any misunderstandings, when you have the package ready to send, we advise you to take a photo of it with return label and email it to our customer services (firstname.lastname@example.org).
