It is within your rights to return single orders within 14 days without stating a reason.
How do I return Bariatric Advantage® products?
To use your right of return, you must notify Bariatric Advantage® of your decision to cancel your purchase by post, phone (00800 5955 5955) or email ([email protected]). You can also complete the model withdrawal form below.
To avoid any misunderstandings, when you have the package ready to send, we advise you to take a photo of it with return label and email it to our customer services ([email protected]).

Who pays the return costs?
